1. Who is responsible

1.1 "SPEAK TEST" MChJ, a limited liability company (MChJ) registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, tax number (STIR) 313434719 (the Operator, see the public offer for full details), decides how your data is used and is responsible for it under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data.

2. What we keep

• Account: your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Telegram: your Telegram ID and username, and your phone number if you share it with our bot. In Uzbekistan and India the phone number unlocks the free mock and stops the same person taking it twice.
• Age group (18 or older, 14 to 17, or under 14). For students under 18, the parent's or guardian's name and when they confirmed.
• Bookings and what you write when booking (target band, test date, notes), chat messages, problems raised, reviews, scores and reports, and which examiners you asked us to tell you about new times.
• Recordings of mocks and their automatic transcripts. On the site's own call: the sound and one picture a second of each person, the text chat, and the examiner's notes. On free mocks, three still pictures from the middle of the call.
• Payments: amounts, dates, bank references and the last four digits of a card. We never see or keep full card numbers.
• Examiners also: application details, speaking level, photo, card picture and banner, introduction video, earnings, and the last four digits of the payout card.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, the cookies described below, how pages are used, the shared link you first came through, and the country you first signed in from (from the IP address), which decides how the free mock is unlocked.
• The live draw on our streams, if you enter it: your number, the first name you type (if any) and your Telegram ID if you connect it. You need no account for it.
• When you open an examiner's page, it is counted for that examiner once a day, by a one-way code made from your internet address, your browser and the day. Only the count is kept, and only that examiner sees it.

3. Why we use it

• To run your account, bookings, mocks and reports (our agreement with you).
• To take payments, give refunds and keep accounts (our agreement and the law).
• To send you news about your account by Telegram and email: reminders, links, reports and messages. Examiners also get bookings, cancellations, strikes, reviews and payouts, and a reminder once a week while they have no open times; on an account that is both, each message says whether it is for the examiner or the student side.
• To keep the site safe and fair: one free mock per person (the still pictures from free mocks are for this only), holding messages with contact details, solving problems.
• To make the site better, using statistics of how pages are used, if you allow it in the cookie banner.
• To send you Speak Test news by email, only if you turn it on in Settings (your consent). It is the same list as ieltsteen.com's; you can turn it off in Settings or with the link in any of those emails.
• To run the live draw on our streams: to give you a number, and your private link if it is called (in Telegram too, if you connected it).

3.1 We do not sell your data and do not use it for other companies' advertising.

4. Children and teenagers

4.1 For students under 18, a parent or guardian confirms through a personal link and gives their name; until then the student cannot book.

4.2 A parent or guardian can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the child's data, or withdraw consent, by writing to ieltsteensupport@gmail.com.

5. Cookies, Microsoft Clarity and visit counts

5.1 We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your currency and student or examiner mode, and your answer to the cookie question. Your browser also remembers when it first showed you the note that we are not connected with IELTS, and whether you closed it, so once closed it does not show again. The site cannot work without them, so they need no answer.

5.2 With your OK we also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and recordings of visits) so we can fix confusing parts. Clarity loads only after you press Accept in the cookie banner, and then sets its own cookies. On private pages (messages, mocks, calls, wallet, progress, settings, examiner, admin and parent pages) the page content is masked, so Clarity does not see what you read or type there.

5.3 You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; saying no stops Clarity and removes its cookies. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we take that as a no and do not ask. The site works the same either way. Microsoft's privacy statement explains what Microsoft does with this data.

5.4 We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are opened, from which country and kind of device, and which site sent the visitor. It uses no cookies and nothing that identifies you, so it runs without asking.

5.5 Links we share in posts and ads can carry a name (for example ?ref=telegram_post). When you open one, our own cookies keep that name for 30 days and a random id for this browser for a year, and the name is saved on your account if you sign up. It only tells us which posts and channels bring people. If the link was an examiner's own, that examiner is saved as the one who brought you, and they keep a larger part of what you pay for mocks with them; your price is the same. When you book a free mock, the same random browser id is kept with it, so one browser cannot take the free mock twice. None of this is shared with anyone or used for advertising.

6. Who sees your data

6.1 Your examiner sees your name, what you wrote when booking, your earlier bands with them, the recording, the chat from your call and your chat messages. Everyone can see an examiner's public profile and reviews.

6.2 These services run parts of the site for us, each only for its own task:

• Supabase: database (servers in Germany) and sign-in (servers in Australia).
• Cloudflare: hosting, file storage, the video calls on this site (Cloudflare Realtime) and protection from attacks, and visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Google: sign-in.
• Telegram: messages from our bot.
• Zoom: video calls, when a mock is held on Zoom.
• Resend: emails.
• Microsoft: Clarity statistics.
• Octobank JSC (the Octo payment service, Uzbekistan) and banks: card payments. You enter card details only on Octo's payment page; we never see them.

6.3 Some of these services keep data outside Uzbekistan. We send data abroad only as the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan allows.

6.4 We also share data when the law requires it, for example at the lawful request of a court or another authority.

7. How long we keep it

• Recordings and transcripts: 6 months after the mock, then deleted. They are prepared and transcribed on the Operator's own computer, which keeps a copy for the same time and then deletes it.
• Reports, scores, bookings, chat messages and the chat from calls: while your account exists.
• Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Statistics from Clarity: as long as Microsoft keeps them for this site.
• Still pictures from free mocks: 12 months, or until you delete your account.
• Live draw numbers, names and Telegram IDs: 30 days after that draw, then deleted.
• The codes that count page views once a day: two days, then deleted. The counts stay.

7.1 When you delete your account in Settings, we remove your name, email, Telegram, phone and parent details. We keep only records without your name that the money records or the law need.

8. Your rights

8.1 You can ask to see the data we keep about you, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw your consent. You can change most of it yourself in Settings. Write to ieltsteensupport@gmail.com; we answer within 10 days.

8.2 If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the state body in charge of personal data protection in Uzbekistan.

9. Changes

9.1 We update this policy when the site changes. The date below shows the latest version. Big changes are also announced on the site or in Telegram.
